Overview

We worked closely with NRN Agents on marketing their AI tech stack for gaming, covering strategy, content marketing, and KOL management. Our efforts helped NRN Agents gain massive mindshare and significantly outperform other gaming and AI teams in the space.

Our Approach

A core part of our engagement involved collaborating directly with Wei and Brandon, the founders, to refine their web3 strategy and positioning. Initially, we helped NRN Agents transition their narrative from being seen primarily as a web3 gaming project to a more AI-focused initiative. This shift allowed them to better position themselves within the AI crypto space, capturing the attention of a broader and more engaged audience. Through frequent brainstorming sessions, we facilitated productive ideation, including the conceptualization of the AI Agent Competition.

The AI Agent Competition became a pivotal success, driving substantial activity within the NRN ecosystem. As a result, the NRN token price surged by 271%, demonstrating that the gamified AI competition not only captured the attention of web3 gaming and AI communities but also contributed to increased speculation and market momentum. The interplay of AI-driven gameplay, community engagement, and on-chain incentives was instrumental in fueling both organic growth and hype-driven demand.

Additionally, the tournament's success suggests that AI agent-based competitions have the potential to generate meaningful on-chain activity, trader speculation, and ecosystem-wide expansion. Future iterations of similar events could serve as catalysts for further price action and growth.

Content Marketing & KOL Management

Beyond strategy, we played a crucial role in NRN Agents' content marketing and KOL management efforts. Our content initiatives spanned both video and written formats, ensuring maximum reach and engagement.

In KOL management, we handled individual influencers and regional agencies, executing KOL List creation, outreach, vetting, content guidelines, budget recommendations, and deliverables management. This structured approach ensured that NRN Agents collaborated with the right partners for impactful market penetration.

Our campaign focused on high-quality, curated KOLs who created content based on their insights and data-driven analysis rather than promotional hype. This approach ensured that the messaging remained credible and valuable to the AI and web3 communities.
